Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

•Standard International Air Delivery: This can typically take 5-10 business days.
•Quick International Air Delivery: This option may reduce delivery time, mainly between 2 and 5 business days.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We're also going to sell Brobou products on local Amazon marketplaces like Germany, France, UK, Spain, Australia and Japan. The seller of the Brobou product should be listed as Brobou Official.

Returns & Refunds
All products and parts purchased directly from brobou.com include a satisfaction guarantee of 30 days from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.
All Brobou products purchased from a retailer or received as a gift must be returned to the original place of purchase. All satisfaction guarantees stated on this website and product material does not cover alleged damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents or alterations to items purchased directly from Brobou.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless stated otherwise for certain products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If there is no defect in the product, you have to pay the shipping cost for the refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to arrive may vary.
