+Returns

All products and parts purchased directly from brobou.com include a satisfaction guarantee of 30 days from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless stated otherwise for certain products. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

+Refunds (if applicable)

Please contact our customer service team info@brobou.com directly if you have any questions regarding returns or replacements.Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.If there is no defect in the product, you have to pay the shipping cost for the refund. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the replacement product to arrive may vary.​​

+Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

+Exchanges (if applicable) 

We will replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@brobou.com

​+ Shipment Processing Time 

Most orders placed before 3 pm (PST) from Monday to Friday (excluding federal holidays within the JAPAN.) will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 pm (PST) will be shipped the next business day. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. 

+ Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 

•Standard International Air Delivery: This can typically take 5-10 business days.

•Quick International Air Delivery: This option may reduce delivery time, mainly between 2 and 5 business days.

​Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
